Full Service MLS Listing
(fees vary for lots)
Contract term: 6 months
Set Fee to Help-U-Sell: 2% set fee on a Listing Price of $200,000 and up. $2950.00 for a Listing Price of under $200,000.
Cancellation policy: $500.00 if terminated by client within the time frame of the listing contract.
Agent MLS Commission: 2.5 – 3% of the sales price
Payment Method: At Closing
Extensive Marketing & Advertising Plan for your property.
Contract to Closing services included. This is a Full and Traditional Real Estate Listing and Sale Service.

We reserve the right to cancel at any time with no fee to the customer.
Seller may refer a Buyer to Help-U-Sell Select Services. You pay only the set fee or set commission % with no MLS agent fee due.
We will work both sides of the transaction for you for free if you, the Seller brings the buyer. Yes that’s right Free and Beyond Full Service!

No Service MLS Listing for For Sale By Owners

Payment Method: Prepaid with Contract
